Namibian Navy Recruitment Requirements
Applicants must;
- Be Namibian citizen
- Age between 18-25 years
- He/she to have obtained at least a Grade 12 or equivalent certificate with 25 points in five (5) subjects including the E symbol in English, Grade 11 new curriculum with 25 points in five (5) subjects including a ‘D’ symbol in English or Grade 10 old curriculum with 25 points in seven (7) subjects and a ‘D’ symbol in English.
- Ready to undergo a comprehensive medical test
- Pass Basic General Knowledge Test.
- Pass English Language Test.
- Pass Physical Fitness Test
- Have no criminal record
- Meet the following Body Mass and Height Requirements; (i) Male 152 cm min to 200 cm max: 47 kg to 96 kg. (ii) Female 152 cm min to 183 cm max: 55 kg to 81 k 1 kg.

- He/she must be a person of integrity, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player;
- Strong managerial skills, including motivating, developing, coaching, and leading team
- Demonstrated high ethical standards;
- Competent and organized;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team-modulated and collaborative environment.
