About Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE)

JAE is conducted annually by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to allow Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘O’ Level holders to apply for courses offered by Junior Colleges, Millennia Institute, Polytechnics, and Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

How To Check Your JAE Posting Result 2023/2024

The JAE posting results is released on Thursday, 2 February 2023 through:

• SMS, if you have provided a local mobile number in your application.
• JAE Internet System, which you can access using your Singpass or alternatively, the JAE PIN.

The JAE posting results can be accessed through JAE Internet System (JAE-IS) from 9am on Thursday, 2 February 2023 to 11.59pm on Wednesday, 8 February 2023 using your Singpass or JAE PIN.

• Applicants posted to a junior college (JC) or Millennia Institute (MI) are to report to their posted institutions on the morning of Friday, 3 February 2023. Posted applicants should refer to their posted schools’ websites for more information such as the reporting details and purchase of uniforms. Posted applicants who are unable to report to their posted JC or MI on the first day of school with valid reasons should contact their posted school to confirm they will take up the place. The posted school will then reserve the place for them.
• Applicants posted to polytechnics or the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) will receive an email or package via mail on the enrolment details by end-February 2023.
