About Transport Education Training Authority (TETA)
The Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) is one of South Africa’s 21 Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). Established under the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998, it was formally constituted in 2000 to consolidate prior training boards in the transport sector.
Operating under the oversight of the Department of Higher Education and Training and National Treasury, TETA is a public entity with a mandate to drive skills development and quality assurance across the transport sector.
Requirements
- South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 years
- University graduates
- TVET/CET learners.
Required Application Documents
All applicants must submit a single PDF (max size 5 MB) that includes:
- CV/resumé
- Certified copy of South African ID (issued within last 3 months)
- Copy of Grade 12 Certificate (NSC)
- Certified copy of highest qualification or confirmation letter with academic record
- WIL letter (Work-Integrated Learning) if still completing your qualification.
