About the Sibanye Stillwater

Requirements
- Applicants must have a Grade 9 or equivalent NQF Level 1 Educational Certificate, with Mathematics and English Communication, to be accepted onto the Rock Breaker Learnership
- Applicants must be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Care Centre
- Pre-screening and psychometric evaluation may form part of the selection process. All applicants will be subject to clearance screening by the South African Police Services as required by the National Explosives Act. Short-listed candidates will be requested to attend a panel interview. Applicants who receive no response to their applications within 14 days after the closing date may consider their application for the Learnership to be unsuccessful. - Preference will be given to applicants who have more than six months of previous mining experience in the production environment of a mine.
