About the National Police Service Commission
The National Police Service Commission is established under the Constitution of Kenya 2010 Article 246 as read with Article 234(3) (c) (iv). It is mandated to Recruit and appoint persons to hold or act in offices in the National Police Service, confirm appointments, and determine promotions and transfers within the National Police Service for both civilian staff and police officers.
National Police Service Commission Recruitment 2025
Pursuant to the provisions of section 17 (1) of the NPSC Act, 2011 (revised 2014) and Article 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya, the Commission seeks to competitively fill vacant positions in the establishment.
Subsequently, the Commission invites applications from qualified persons to fill the following positions at the National Police Service Commission Headquarters and Regional Offices.

Other Requirements
- Shortlisted candidates will be expected to bring the original certificates for verification during the interview.
- Shortlisted candidates for the position of Managers and above will be required to satisfy the requirement of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 by obtaining clearance certificates from KRA, HELB, EACC, CRB and DCI.

Interested to be a police officer but not capable of reaching what is needed to reach my goal
Am Ian odhiambo from Kisumu and since i was young i had a dream to be police officer and i did my form four on march 2022 and now I’ve been going through the qualifications one should meet for him or her to be a police officer and I see i meet the qualifications and i just pray to God that the recruitment dates be put online so that i can apply because am ready to protect,honor and defend my country and the people of Kenya as a whole irrespective of the of their tribe
