The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is designed to provide high-performing university students with early exposure to career opportunities within ARM through meaningful, hands-on assignments that deliver real-world experience. The program reflects ARM’s commitment to shaping and strengthening the talent ecosystem within its operating environment.
AYTP offers structured learning through practical work experience, preparing participants for successful entry into the labor market or progression to further academic development. In doing so, the program supports capacity building by developing a pipeline of future professionals who may be considered for employment with the firm upon graduation and successful completion of the internship.

Eligibility
- Be a university undergraduate
- Have completed at least two years of their degree
- Be on track for a First class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent
- Be available to resume physically for the program in June 2026, if successful
