The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) is providing financing to interested targeted citizens, MSMEs, and cooperative enterprises countrywide with a view to increasing their participation in economic activities and subsequently contributing positively to Zambia’s economic development.

Visit www.ceec.org.zm to familiarise yourself with the empowerment products and eligibility criteria in preparation for submission of the application when the CEEC online application portal is activated.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- To apply, visit www.ceec.org.zm, click ‘ONLINE APPLICATION’, ‘Log In’ or ‘Register’ to create an applicant profile
- Upon successful creation of the profile, click ‘Empowerment Product’, then select the preferred empowerment product to apply
- Submit your duly completed application and wait for correspondence from CEEC Staff
- To view your project application status, visit www.ceec.org.zm, log in to your profile, and click ‘Loan Application’
Take Note: All Project application forms will ONLY be available ONLINE, at NO COST to applicants, and will be assessed on a rolling basis.
IMPORTANT! The CEEC Zambia Loan 2026 Application Form is not yet out online. DISREGARD any form of advert you come across. This page will be updated immediately after the form is out.
Proposals will initially be in the form of Project Concept Notes in line with the Application Form provided ONLINE by the Commission. Only online submissions will be accepted, and applications that do not follow the stated format will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

That is good news but iam thinking for that marketeers boost laon how about going into the market place, group them maybe 50 marketeers under your guidance and make like streams for a example group 50 people from one market and gate their docment one by one, put them in your system under one name or stream and give them the money accoding to the amount each marketeer can gate.That will make it essy for marketeers to benefit.
